Hockey and Jess Blake

I work full time with Athletes in Action at Sydney University as well as playing for the Sydney University Hockey Club. My heart is to see sports men and women know that there is more to life than just sport.

As a Christian, I believe that fulfillment comes through a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. My vision is to give people an opportunity to know this truth by lovingly sharing it with them.

I love the Lord deeply and seek to learn more about Him each day and to be led by His Spirit in how to minister to Australian athletes. I played field hockey at the University of Michigan from 2001-04 and was uniquly impacted by Christ there. God has led me home to Australia--where sport is almost a religion--to share the Good News of Jesus with others. I hope to impact sportswomen's lives for eternity.
